Other than Dennis returning to Styx, what co-headlining tour bands would put Styx back in the arenas?
Or are they going to be doing the small venue & fairs thing the rest of their career?

Everytime they come to Houston, they play The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion which holds about 16,000 people. They don't sell it out but the place is always packed. I wouldn't call that a small venue.

That's true...but always with other bands. It's USUALLY an Arrowfest concert with a FEW bands.
I liked it when they played in Beaumont last April at a bar. Good show.

Good point about the Arrowfest, I'm not sure if they would play there if they were by themselves but during those all day Arrowfest concerts everybody stays (or arrives later) to see STYX the last two times that they headlined the place was packed when they came on stage.

A couple of years ago it was pretty packed when Frampton came on. That was '04. '03 though for the "Main Event" tour...they had about 7 bands and it was one HELL of a long day for me. I got there at 1pm and left at about 11. Middle of June, on the lawn, HOUSTON HEAT. lol.
