Well I picked up the DVD/CD pack in Sydney recently. This is one amazing show!. Is this their best DVD out?, I only have 2 shows so far - this and the Toto - Past to Present 1977-1990 DVD.

5/5!.

But to answer the question - LIA is definitely their best DVD!

You won't get it any better than the Live in AMsterdam dvd. I was there that night, it was amazing, the Greatest Hits Live and more is alright but doesn't catch the spirit of a Toto live show and also imo the Byron period wasn;t Toto's best.
Rock on !

There are better DVD's, but they're not official.

The Amsterdam DVD is pretty awesome though.

Contemplating picking this up.
How does Bobby sound doing "Till the End"?

Yeah.
Since it's part of a medley I'm not even sure how much is played.

Not much at all, in fact he just sings the end part of "English Eyes" which fades into the intro of Till the End...then a big "yeahhhhhh!!!". Kind of cool for what it is. For an even cooler medley, check out the Switzerland 2004 show....killer...
