O/T Saw Journey/Def Lep last night

Postby shaka » Fri Aug 18, 2006 7:10 am

Great show all around. Now to piss off Steve Perry fans.....

I've seen Journey with Perry twice, once a long time ago when he/them were in their prime and the other during their reformation. I've also seen Journey with Augeri twice. Jeff Scott Soto sounded better last night than either of the times I've seen Journey with Steve Perry and he absolutely rules over Augeri.

Journey may have found their guy.....

Oh yeah, the drummer can hold his own on vocals as well.

Oops, I'll have to check my journal or see if I kept my stub. I believe I should have written '86 but I could be wrong.

he's pretty sure is 1986, which is what he meant to type, but he'll have to check his stump to be sure. maybe it was 1985, or 87.

Betterer?
