It was a frickin' secret. Now shut the f up about it. Get the point that some of you new about it already. Get a life and take care of your family and kids.

Dennis will be on next week's show. Thursday, Sept. 14th. Producers of the show will be picking out the songs and who will be singing with him. It's probably obvious one of the songs.

You can always use Google to find out details on anything that's mention here, FYI, (not you Rajah since you were asking and being nice in asking)!! It's been mentioned on various Styx and Dennis boards already.

Despite the less than earth shaking nature of what goes on on this program, I have found the artists who have been guests to be most enjoyable. Clint Black, Wynona, James Ingram, Brian McKnight, Smokey Robinson, Kenny Loggins, to name a few, have all been most entertaining, despite being partnered with some pretty sorry "celebrity" singers.

Dennis has a knack for making anyone who sings with him sound good, so I look forward to seeing what he does tonight.

ahem, for those of us currently out of the country, may I ask that someone try to capture this and upload to Rapidshare or something? I've no idea what or where the show is, but I'd like to see this one, por favor!

I thought he did really, really well. Dennis looked pretty good.

I have this on Video... I'll encode it and put it up for all to view this weekend.

Oh... I think I heard a TV being thrown out a window somewhere north of me (I'm in Nashville. I think Chicago is due north). :-D

I watched it. Thought Hal did fairly well. Grateful it wasn't Carly Patterson. Dennis did great.

But honestly...the outfit he had on...had to go!

Tomorrow should be interesting.

Way to go Dennis.

Actually, when I saw Dennis in Calgary, that's what he was wearing..

Except his shirt was tucked in and he had a big belt buckle on (I think)

When he was on Cdn Idol he dressed like that as well..

I know. I've seen the video for that. And I've seen concert photos of him wearing that outfit as well.

I just felt it was wrong for this show. Just my opinion.

The shirt he wore on Canadian Idol is the same exact one he wore at The Taste Of Chicago, lol :D

Agree with Sadie about the outfit. At least he could wear the jeans that fit if he is going to wear jeans. I know he has some.
He was way under-dressed for the show, but I feel Dennis just does what is comfortable for him now. And that sloppy outfit did look comfortable.

The performance was great. Easily the best of the evening. (No, I am not biased! ) It was good and I feel Dennis acquitted himself well. There was some nice chemistry between him and Hal Sparks. I am interested to see what the two will perform tonight.

Pretty cool performance. However........ As is very common on these types of shows the vocals may have been recorded the day before. It's very suspicious to me when in the opening you see Hal speaking in front of an AKG 414 mic in a studio. These mics are very versatile but they are primarily used to record vocals.

Maybe it was live but........
