OT- The BOZ

More good music keeps coming out.

I have ALWAYS been a HUGE Boz Scaggs fan. Silk Degrees was one of the best albums EVER done in my opinion.

Anyway, The Boz is one of the few 70's-80's acts that my wife enjoys as much as I do. Ive tortured her for years with Styx, Journey, and bands similiar to them. As for 'The Boz' she really enjoys his music also.

Walking thru the(limited) Wal Mart music section last night we noticed that he has redone his Hits CD. Its remastered and 5 additional songs have been added. Three of those songs are from Silk Degrees.

'The Boz' has NEVER sounded BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME disc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. I dont know if Andrew or some of you know this but it was Boz Scaggs that pretty much spawned the band Toto. David Paich, Jeff Porcaro , and Steve Lukather all played in Boz's band from 1974 -1976 while they were getting Toto together. They also rejoined Boz in 1979 for a brief time. My opinion was that they tried real hard for 'The Boz' sound. They never quite got it.
