If not for the opening kick off, the bears would have never been in this game either offensively or defensively. It's unfair to pin it totally on Grossman, although he did make some critical mistakes - but don't forget that Manning also threw a pick also. Chicago turned the ball over at least 6 times. That means that Grossman was only half of the turn overs. The defense could not stop the run when it had to in the 4th quarter, and they had no answer for Marvin Harrison. Conversely, the Colts made some great adjustments to the run game in the second half and were able to make Chicago rely on it's weaknesses to win.
Indianapolis completely dominated Chicago in all aspects of the game on both sides of the ball and deserve to be champions. My hats off to them.
