That one definitely has a more funk sound to it. More what I expected that group to sound like.

If you are a Styx fan Platform Shoes is a MUST purchase.

I just listened to it the other day again. It is excellent. The Styx sound is there throughout.

Funny, there's also a cover of "July Morning" by Uriah Heep. I used to play that song about a dozen years ago in my old prog rock band called Roots of Consciousness. I wonder what it must have been like for Tommy to go from playing Uriah Heep covers, to blowing the real Uriah Heep off the stage with Styx just a couple of years later? What a trip that must have been for him.
