Tommy helped boot Dennis when he fell sick after recording a CD, and toured without him. It kinda happened to him, and I found that amusing. The end. I already told ya I have nothing against Tommy. And if ya woulda just went "Ha ha..." or "hey, be nice..." We wouldn't be yammering about this dumb stuff, we'd be sipping cappucinos and long-since moved on to other subjects. Maybe you're like the president, and secretly love a good war?

A ...questionable comparison, which was taken by some to be a slight against a member of the band to which this forum is dedicated. There's no law requiring you to give a damn, but the truth is that sort of thing riles some folks up. Don't lets pretend that you were ignorant of the potential reactions of those folks (or worse, that you believe such confrontational reactions are tantamount to someone negating your right to "free speech".) You're clearly smarter than that.

Now, how can it possibly be taken as much of a slam (a dig perhaps, but surely ot a slam!), when I've mentioned several times I have no problem with Tommy! Got all his solo stuff, Shaw Blades, Damn Yankees, etc... I like Tommy jussssst fine! I promise! Tommy is A-OK with me! Ok, I was perhaps being too oblique, and "urban legend" may be overstating the case, but "DDY was kicked out of the band because he was too (physically) ill to tour" does have a ...mythological quality... so that's where I went with it.

Although Ironic, at least Tommy knows what's wrong with him, unlike Dennis who asked for six months and we all know that he wasn't 100% until almost 2001 when he started touring again. He had to see how many doctors? 12?
