Tommy Getting Inducted into alabama music hall of fame!

Hello Friends,

I'm getting ready to head to San Jacinto for tonight's SHAW BLADES concert. Can I say a loud and hardy "YAHOO?" It's going to be a fun week here in Southern California, no doubt about it.

After this week STYX will be heading to the UK for three weeks to perform with Deep Purple and Thin Lizzy.

"Influence" keeps selling at a rate that has put a constant smile on everyone's face in our camp and we salute you all for this constant good news. Even though we're both looking at busy schedules with STYX and Night Ranger this summer, we are looking at the calendar for the next opportunity to schedule more shows as well as trying to make up as many of the ones we missed as we can. SHAW BLADES has finally been launched and we're here to stay!

On another note, I have been informed that I will be inducted into the Alabama Music Hall of Fame at their induction Banquet and Awards Show to be held on Friday, February 22, 2008 in my hometown of Montgomery. This is a wonderful honor for me to join Hank Williams, Nat "King" Cole, Rick Hall, Sonny James, Alabama, Tammy Wynette, The Commodores, Lionel Richie, Clarence Carter, Emmylou Harris and many others who have been inducted over the years. To everyone who made this possible, I sincerely thank you.

Now, gotta run, grab my guitar and head for the gig!
