Another free show in Chicago with a small turn out! It's time to hang it up DDY. No one is falling for the lame act anymore. Fans know they can see Styx in a real concert this summer. They would rather pay $85.00 to see Styx then to see DDY for free.

No new songs in that set list yet???? hummm. That CD will be out When???

Just wanted to chime in to say that I think the idea of having "The Message" segue into "The Grand Illusion" for a concert kick-off is pretty nifty.

Didn't look like there were any changes/new songs at all.

But I guess Froy is still high from the show (which is cool.. although the Edm show I saw had a better setlist! lol)

What surprises me is that it was in Chicago and not a "lost treasures" show..

As I said, if she's singing harmonies on the new CD, those will be the weakest part of the album..

I've heard DDY shows without Glen doing the harmonizing and they definately lack. With Glen he gets closer to the harmonies they had on the EOTC album.

But still no word if Glen will contribute anything to DDY's new album.

The radio station did request the "hits" and Dennis had only 90 minutes to play. I wouldn't say that the radio station "cheaped out" at all. Many artists play for radio stations. Those shows are a blast to go to, very intimate. It was great when I went to the Milwaukee radio station and Dennis just played music with the keyboard!!

I heard most of the concert on the phone, thanks Froy and Dennis sounded GREAT!! Crowd sounded GREAT too!!!

I personally like the harmonies on the album from the songs that I heard. I have a feeling that most "Melodic" fans will like it too, just my opinion

He played a new song at a Canada concert, haven't you heard it yet?

As for seeing Styx in a real concert, you mean Styx with Def Leppard & Foreigner or with REO ? I'm sure Styx will just be playing the "hits" and usual set list with these billings since they won't have much time.

Well, it's the juxtaposition that I particularly like, but yeah, it would be cool to hear him (or indeed anyone) playing "Lords Of The Ring" live.

What doesn't surprise me is that this was Jodes first post... and it's basically attacking froy (although attacking may be a strong word) so when Froy responds, Jodes then responds by saying he's no longer going to respond and take the "high" road... whatever that means.

Not sure if its going to radio
The song is great you will like it .
The Canada single is different and will be out within a month in Canada.

I am guessing that will also be the song. I have no interest in listening to a billingual english/french duet with Dennis singing French and Eric singing English. Maybe they will surprise and the whole song will be in English.
