That's all you will ever get here at MR. Andrew tried to tell everyone, but nobody wanted to believe him. I guess it does carry more weight when it comes from the horses mouth though right?

Could you imagine the impact if he would just have more interaction with his fans? I don't see the downside.

Well, there we go. Over the last week, I have said the same thing I don't know how many times, and a lot of other posters here have said it over and over as well. Then Andrew said it and I think even Cyndy said it. Maybe now that STEVE PERRY has actually said it, we can knock it off with the "Perry is coming back to Journey" topics. He's not and it came straight from the man himself.

Then again, the way some folks love to twist everything he says, I can't wait to see what they will decipher out of "I want to go on record as saying that I have no such plans whatsoever to [rejoin Journey]."

I'm glad he said it himself to stop the speculation. And, this will probably be the last time he has to say it.
Let me get mushy & looney (I don't care)...even hearing a little something from him warms my heart, as well...even 'tho it is the message that it is (and thank god). I know it's never gonna happen with a website of his own, but I still wish for there to always be a line of communication, a connection with him.

It's pretty amazing, this guy hasn't sang a note in public for 10 years, except the Guff song and that awful White Sox thing, and people are just as anxious if not more than they were then. That dude had some kind of power to get to people like that. To make people wait for as long as some have to hear him sing something, anything. It's just incredible to me.

Wait wait wait a minute, he isn't doing what you want him to do so that makes HIM selfish?
I'm seriously sick of reading all the griping about how he won't "tell us" what he's going to do. Why should he?

Once again, every time he opens his mouth, no matter WHAT comes out of it, people bitch about it.
He could have not said a word about this and everyone would be griping that he won't address it.
So he does address it and now it turns into griping about what he DIDN'T say.

I can't say I blame him in the least for staying quiet and never saying jack about anything, considering what seems to happen everytime he does say something. :roll:
