WTF? IT DOESN'T! It BORES me. Are you daft?

There's plenty of that all over the album but you've found other reasons to knock those tunes. No shocker that you don't like the album... I could have placed that bet a few years back. You simply *don't like him* and thus it clouds your view of his music.
THIS burns my ass. Why? because I listened to the fucking CD - HOPING, PRAYING EVEN, that I would find it as awe-inspiring (or...HALF as good) as some of you people did, for the mere FACT that if I DIDN'T, I was would be accused of having "clouded judgement." I didn't KNOCK any songs. I said the album is inconsistant, and if you can't handle hearing THAT, you're in for a barage of disappointment when you finally move out of your parents basement and get into the real world.
Let me 'splain this to you, Lucy:
My feelings or lack of feelings thereof for Dennis DeYoung are influenced by my feelings about his music, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. I generally DON'T like his style in the last twenty years. I went to his f'ing show, and I wrote a POSITIVE REVIEW about it afterwards. GET A SOLID GRIP, dude. DEAL with the reality that Dennis cannot reverse the tides or change the planetary alignment. His farts smell, and he has morning breath like everyone else. He doesn't have the capability to produce songs that everyone and anyone will enjoy and that will end world hunger. I know it's hard to accept, but it's true. And knowing is half the battle, GI Joe.
The CD is "okay." It doesn't flat-out suck, but it didn't bring me to climax either. Deal with it. I did.
