Hi all..newbie here

Hi all..wanted to introduce myself. My name is Toph (short for Christopher) and I have been a Styx fan for a long time. I live in Central Florida (Titusville) and work in insurance. Not married yet, but have a younger brother. I just found Melodic rock and joined the few boards of bands that I really like. Don't see one for Fleetwood Mac though - I am a huge fan - even like Stevie Nicks solo efforts. The Wild Heart album is really under-rated. Favorite Styx album is probably Paradise Theatre.

No, a Troll is someone who can't resist name calling and personal vendettas to further their agenda. I have no problem with people who don't like a Dennis-less Styx. I do have a problem when they have to demonize band members or point out past failings that have nothing to do with music or their performance. If the DeYoungians want to discuss music or ballads or Gowan's singing, that's all fair game. If you want to talk about Drug usage, Divorces, or lawsuits, I hope that the Glass in your house is tempered.

Hey Toph,

welcome to the jungle.......it's not too late to turn and RUN ! However, this board can be rather entertaining on many levels as long as you don't take it, or it's wide variety of "personalities" too seriously.

On occasion, there is actual sharing of information and non-confrontational discussions about Styx, past present and Future....you just need to muddle through the rest to find it !
