Obama up 6pts in Texas...and only down 2 in Ohio. It's over for her...now Obama will be able to focus on McCain.

I need that popcorn emoticon!

Should be interesting...because I think the whole battle is really going to be this...

Obama: "You're too old!"

McCain: "You're too young!"

I'm really hoping Hillary wins Texas and Ohio. :?

I'm voting for Obama. I'll bet McCain wins the whole thing though. As tired as people are of Bush and his crap, having a woman or a black guy in the White House is enough to scare most Americans to their very marrow. Pity. In this day and age where every 15 year old has a glock, I cannot believe that somebody hasn't gone after Obama or even Hilary. Too many freaks here...

That's Right.... I said it...!

I hear you, and I said here about two weeks ago, that I think Obama won't make it through his term. Some right wing nutjob will pull the trigger. Sad.

Folks, McCain cannot even put together a fucking sentence properly. He will get smoked. This is the GOP saying basically, "ok, this isn't our turn, throw out some party faithful guy, give him his due, and when we lose, we really won't lose a candidate for the future." This won't be close.

Yeah, there are just TOO many psychos and TOO many guns here. It sucks. On McCain- Deano, if America will blindly follow the friggin ignorant bastard we have now, they'll follow anybody unless of course, they're black, female, gay, or an atheist. I hope I'm wrong. It'd be nice to actually evolve a bit, but I don't see it happening.

Hillary has been done since the say that Barack Obama announced his candidacy in Springfield, Illinois (my hometown).

I was there when he announced it, and have been supporting him ever since. I think he is much less divisive and combative than Hillary is, and gives the Democratic Party a better chance of winning the White House in November. All the latest General Election polls show Obama winning against McCain, but Hillary losing against McCain.

I look forward to seeing Barack get a lot done for our country.

I think that is a valid worry, and one I have considered myself. It happened to Lincoln and Kennedy. Hopefully Obama will have tight security wherever he goes. I worry about him getting knocked off in the States by some right-wing whacko more than I do in foreign countries. The rest of the world is hping that Obama will get elected because they see him as a uniter and a problem solver, as opposed to Bush who is seen as a divisive warmongering dictator.

I agree. Hilary points fingers at anyone she can and it just stinks of what the Repubs did to them when Bill was in office. She's apparently not learned anything from that experience.

Didn't early polls predict that Gore would win when he was up against Bush? Dang, the memory just goes...

If Hillary loses, she can point to these factors:

1- Her campaign was ran horribly.

2- Obama is black

3- Obama is magnificent

4- Bill was too visible and he probably fucked things up

5- She took the nomination for granted.

6- It's hard to hit your opponent when he has NO record

Stu, you are a dipshit. TX is close. That 6 point poll is incorrect. She might win TX, should win OH and will win PA.

While I agree she looks defeated, I would never bet against the Clintons.

Forgot a couple of things -
She's a b!tch with a d!ck bigger than most guys.
She thinks too highly of herself. She believes that she really was President once already.
She hasn't a compationate bone in her body. In fact, she's never had a bone in her body. Chelsea came from a catalog.

Yeah, I agree. Both candidates are what I've been fighting for my whole life, yet didn't think I'd ever see in my lifetime. But while she's probably more qualified right now, he is a force of nature, and that is hard to contend with. And then, like you said, you throw in her disastrous campaign.... ugh!

I’m still a little wary of him, simply because he doesn’t have a record yet. But if he’s even a little bit like what he projects, then wow; he really could be an amazing president.

Gore was no Barack Obama. Gore was chilling and seemed to have a stone cold Kremlin-style personality at the time. People saw him as the mean guard dog for the Clinton family. Since then people have warmed up to Gore - or maybe it's that Gore has warmed up himself. Now that he is out of politics he seems much more human.

Great post. I agree - I admire them both, but Obama moreso. He seems to have the personality to make it all work, unlike Hillary who comes across as combative. It would be great to see an Obama/Clinton team, but I don't think it will happen. Obama is running as the candidate of change, and having Bill and Hillary running his presidency from the back room wouldn't accomplish his goal for change.

Dean, don't forget that Rush brought up the NY drivers licenses for illegal aliens issue on his show a day or so before the debate.
He talked about how a reporter said they can't talk about it because it's a "nuclear" issue for her. He blew up and said "ask her about it" Why does she get to ignore important issues in her own state? The following night Tim Russert asked her about it. She's never recovered from that night. Coincidence? I think not.

Oh yeah? That's why the liars (one who was disbarred and impeached) who are currently campaigning for their 3rd term are getting asswhipped huh?

Ha! That worked out good for didn't it. The new Dem Congress has passed every war fundig bill since they got there, on a promise to end the war. I'd say W won those battles. He's outsmarted them every step of the way for the last year.

I think it's friggin great that Hillary's being beat by Obama. People say this election is full of firsts. First woman running, first black man running. No one's said the other first that I've noticed which is the Clinton's saying anything negative about a black person or holding them responsible for their actions in any way, shape or form, and as in the beginning of this week proved, Hillary was saying something about "shame on Obama" for not wearing a pin or something like that. Now that's a first too.

I think it's great because the Clintons never blinked an eye when they cut the common man's throat in leveling the playing field. Black people no longer need whites like the Clinton's to be successful or accomplish anything. Completely hillarious. The Clinton's made their bed, now Hillary has to lay in it.

I am being honest. Saddam and Uday and Qusay are dead. So are a bunch of other assholes who want to stop progress. That's a good thing. Weather you want to believe it or not.

Ok, so Saddam, Uday, and Qusay are dead. Great. How many THOUSAND Americans are dead, in order to achieve THAT goal? LOL, the goal was to get bin Laden, so we half assed it there(Afghanistan), and went and started up a little hornet's nest where there were NO Al Qeida at the time, lost 3,000+ US soldiers, to get three people who were of NO harm to us, and turned Iraq into LOSING WAR, and a fucking mess.

I don't quite understand your math. By the way, Iraq was a more humble place BEFORE Saddam was taken out. He was the keeper of the zoo there. We should have taken care of Afghanistan, of which we are losing now, or at best in a dogfight again, and then, spun the wheel and taken on some rogue nation.

Stop spinning and taking and picking rosie portions along the way to make this mistake look good. This is the BIGGEST BLUNDER OF ALL TIME.
