Well I'm a Browns fan and it doesn't bother me at all. In fact I'm kind of glad. Pittsburgh's o-Line is going to suck really bad this year. It was pretty bad last year, but now they've lost their best O-lineman in Faneca. Wasn't Ben sacked like 40 times last year? It'll be 60 this year. He's overrated anyway. It's the Browns you guys will have to worry about this year. Pittspuke is headed down, not up, and the Ratbirds are more or less rebuilding and have a rookie head-coach.

Well there is a pretty loud buzz about the Brownies. We'll see if they can meet expectations. That's one team I wouldn't mind seeing do something. They've got excellent fans that are always there for them.

The Browns are on the up...

Pittsburgh is a 10-6, 9-7 team. Like you said, horrible O line. They won't win shit, especially with NE, IND and SD in the AFC.

Living In the Pittsburgh area and being a Cowboys fan, I love it. It assures me that the STEALERS ( super bowl reference) will not win for at least 8 years. O -VER-ATED! First one to 6 is in the bag.

That's Sidney Crosbie's town. The Penguins will win a CUP in the new arena before the Steelers will win a Super Bowl.

Hey squirt1, at least we're still in the same division as the Ravens... there's at least two division wins a year, haha..

I'm really hoping Cincinnati makes a worthwhile free agency signing, and hits it big in the draft.. we've lost Madieu Williams, and will likely lose more... things won't look good unless we pick up some bona fide monsters.

Playing the NFC East next year along with Indy, NE, SD, Houst etc.... 7-9 at best

Amen to that!! I am so excited for this season. They made some good free agent signings this past week. My only complaint is that I think they overpaid Derek Anderson. I'm not sold on him yet. He had a good 1st half of the season but not 2nd half. I think his accuracy sucks. But we'll see what happens. I was thrilled with the addition of Stallworth.

I think the Browns have had the best off-season in the NFL this season, thusfar. I suspect they'll be a VERY formidable team next season. Having said that, I don't think they're record will be that much better. Maybe they'll win 11 games, but I don't see them winning more than that. Derek Anderson had the season of his life last year, and may never have a season like that, ever again! I'm NEVER sold on a QB, after one great season. The NFL is littered with guys who have had one great season. I think Cleveland will definitely have a better team than Pittsburgh next season. As I said last season, the Steelers are a complete fraud of a team. Look at some of the horrendous teams they lost to last season, if you have any doubts! As for Stallworth...don't get too excited about the guy. He's a speed guy who gets injured all the time. Also, in his 6 year NFL career, he has only had more than 5 TD's twice and has never had a 1000 receiving yards in a season. He's a good complimentary receiver, but Braylon Edwards is a far better receiver! Cleveland still isn't good enough to get by New England, Indy, or San Diego, in my opinion!

It will be interesting to see what they do at QB. Personally I would LOVE to see Brady Quinn start and hopefully live up to the hype! They still need a couple more defensive players too.

Browns fan here!!!! Got to see them play the Raiders in person last year, my first NFL game. It's hard liking a team that isn't anywhere near where you live - I have to listen to the games on nfl.com. Luckily, the one time Brady Quinn was able to play was in San Francisco so I actually saw that!.

I'll have to hook up with the local Browns Backers group and watch the games at a local sports bar this year.

Amen - I spent most of the game I did see watching Brady on the sidelines as I was right behind the Browns! :) Brady's dorm was across from my son's and I have a football autographed to ME! LOL! Prized possession. I LOVE that guy. I had to learn all about the Cleveland Browns after he was drafted as I knew nothing!

Good One! That was only 200 years ago. 2 consecutive seasons without the mighty black and gold winning a playoff game and the last playoff game he played ( the Super Bowl) lowest Qb rating ever in the SB. Pay him some more. Stealer fans are the most unintelligent fans in the league. Every other player on every team sucks to them. For a team that has been in a division with Cinci, Cleve, Balt, Oilers all these years. They sure as shit should have MORE to show for it PS - address the thread. Oh I forgot . He's worth it.

200 years? You talking about the last time the Steelers beat Dallas in the Super bowl, or the last time the 'girls sniffed a playoff win? Haha, I'll take 2 consecutive seasons over what, 11 consecutive seasons? Give me a break..Yes, he did have the worst QB rating of all time in a Super bowl played game. Ok , you want to play that game, then Dan Marino should have 16 Super Bowl rings. People seem to forget the historic run that he put sorely on his shoulders during the playoffs that Super Bowl year. First 6th seeded team to win all 4 road games and win the Super bowl, and it was against the #1, 2 and 3 seeds in the playoffs that year, all won on Ben Roethlisberger's arm. Haters just want to hate, I take it as a compliment, jealousy hurts.

As for the consecutive seasons not winning a playoff game.. Well let me just say this.. Ben is a very lucky man to be alive today. The motorcycle crash, the appendectomy and the concussions. He could barely even stand during the 2006 season and we STILL only missed the post season by one game. Tony Romo gets a girlfriend and oh yeah, having one of the best receivers that ever played the game in this era and he completely shit the bed.. twice.

Bens post season record - 5-2/1 Superbowl
Tony Homos- 0-2.

Pittsburgh Steelers playoff record since '00
7-4
Dallas Cowboys playoff record since '00
0-3

Last Playoff win:
Pittsburgh Steelers: Superbowl 40..2005

Dallas Cowboys: NFC Wildcard, 1996.

See a trend? This IS Stiller Nation, get over it
