Yeah, that's what this country needs. Another Reagan to actually propose $700 billion MORE in spending over an eight-year period than the Congress actually approved. That and fucking trickle down economics.

HINT: TRICKLE DOWN ECONOMICS DOES NOT WORK. PERIOD. END OF STORY.

Just curious. How much of that was out spending the USSR out of business? This would seem to be the liberal way to win a war, spend like crazy and not one dead soldier on the battlefield. Just a thought.

If you remember. The dems and the media first called it Reaganomics. That was until it kicked in and started the prosperity that rolled right through the 90's.

The Dems are raising 4-1 or higher money against the GOP.

That is a tell tale sign.

And not a very good sign at that. That's alot of money that has to be paid back in political favors. If Obama wins, the unions are going to own him. If Hillary wins, rich liberals will.

Finally kicked in? After a 3 year recession? Honestly, I can't see any economic continuity there.

Hey Deano.... I don't know if the primary maps are still available, but I was watching them closely Tuesday evening. I'm in TX and KNOW that there are very few demo strongholds in the state (basically the eastern portion of the valley and up toward SA and that's it - very few delegates from those areas due to the mapping). Anyway, I was more than shocked to see some of the much larger counties that are Repub strongholds in the state, going Demo in these primaries. Hell, Dallas county was the biggest shocker! I kept comparing the numbers who voted in the repub vs. the numbers in the demo. Harris county, for example had a little over (I think) 11,000 Repubs and well over something like 140,000 Demo. Yup, I can say Holy Shit to that one! You should take a look at those primary results maps compared to historical voting maps for yourself. Can't say it was blatant switching just for the primary, but something strange certainly was afoot!

Another thing I noticed was the rush to Clinton by the hispanics down here in the south (many actually came out and said it was because Obama is black, not because they support Clinton). They were out in astronomical numbers, when compared to other primaries and elections. It was unbelievable to see. I mention this, because historically, when the ACTUAL vote comes around, our voting numbers run in the low teens (if that high) and it will be very interesting to see if those same people come out for the actual election.

But check out those maps if you can find them. I know you like this political shit and it intrigued the hell out of me.
