Has the Rik Emmett / Triumph reunion run its course??? Was it even a reunion?? If so were the show (s) good??

The reason I ask is that Rik is visiting San Antonio again to perform a KZEP's great Harley give away concert.

I saw him years ago at the same event.

AWESOME.

There will be another Triumph show this summer, followed by a reunion tour in 2009, I'm now hearing.

Triumph, Rik................... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE come back to Wisconsin!!!

I would LOVE to see them again!!! I love Triumph!!

I thought no way in hell would Triumph get back together! Their mess, lawsuits, bad feelings and everything else that went on with that bands break-up, there was NO WAY in the world they would get back together. I thought for sure Styx would be back together before even a thought of Triumph getting back together.

I have to admit, even I was surprised by this one . . . and I'm the guy who adamantly says that EVERYONE will ALWAYS reunite, LOL. But I interviewed Rik for my first book, 'Unsung Heroes of Rock Guitar', and his side of the story was so ugly and bitter, I just could not imagine anything ever making him get past it. Turns out I was wrong, LOL. I ought to know better by now. I've said it before and I'll say it here again: Everyone always gets back together in the end.

I hope all is well.

it hasnt started yet, the sweden show is the first and rocklohoma, maybe a couple of one offs then a co headlining tour of sheds in the summer, i think they should rethink this and go out in the winter, nobody tours areanas anymoreand with the right co headliners you could get nice crowds with little compatition.
