I thought they were rea11y humming on the 02 25th anniv tour, they were p1aying the tunes to suit Gramm's voice change, the dvd of that tour is great and then POOF, a chi1dish dustup over nothing and we're stuck w/Foreigner version 2.0 or whatever's out there now.

At this point in his life, I'd rather see him getting healthy than revive Foreigner. His '08 clip above shows improvement.

Side note, I finally saw an entry about Johnny Edwards. From wikipedia:

Today, Johnny Edwards lives in Louisville, raising his two children and repairing and programming computers for a living.

Edwards > Hansen and sometimes sounds like Gramm. Jones should have brought him back when Gramm left again.

johnny edwards plays in the band buster brown from time to time in the louisvile/cincinnati area, i recently listened to his foreigner cd, and like it very much more so than when it came out.

as a side note james kottack who is now th drummer for scorpions was also in buster brown with edwards in the 80's

Really had more to do with wanting to just concentrate on his Christian music..they are on fine terms..speaking of which..this Foreigner song certainly shows the path he was on..

Until The End Of Time-The video was filled with all sorts of religious tones..

When I was young, and the world belonged to me
I thought that love, meant pain and jealousy
It was a cross on my shoulder
Oh Lord, now I feel so much older

Oooh-oooh oooh-oooh oooh-oooh
Oooh-oooh oooh-oooh oooh-oooh-oooh

Now, time had a way, of making me see
My lonely life, has taken it's toll on me
Now I feel the emptiness
And I don't want to live like this

Now I've heard stories, I've heard songs
Telling me believe my heart won't wait too long
But words they don't ring true
Until there was you

Never will I lose this heart's desire
Ever will I feed our love's fire
Only when I know that you'll be mine
Until the end of time

How do I trust what I'm beginning to feel?
How deep my soul? How much can I reveal?
I'm lost in love's mystery
I'm caught between time, and eternity

Now there's a door that opens wide
Slowly I will find my way and reach inside
But I couldn't make it through
Until there was you

Never will I lose this heart's desire
Ever will I feed our love's fire
Only when I know that you'll be mine
And only when I see the light of love shine

Until the end of time

Never will I lose this heart's desire
Ever will I feed our love's fire
Only when I know that you'll be mine
And only when I see the light of love shine

Never will I lose this heart's desire
Ever will I feed our love's fire
And when I see the light of love shine
In your eyes, when they meet mine

Only then I'll know it's you and I
Until the end of time

There were at least a couple of other songs on that album (a very underrated one, IMO) like "Rain", "Real World", etc., that had a spiritual connotation.
