Colts and Pats are obviously better. I'd also have to say that SD and JAX are better than the Browns as well. We'll see how this year plays out.
No predictions yet except for the Cowboys winning the East again. :-)

2 teams getting rearended in two days for Philly.

Phillies get beat on a foul ball HR on Sunday against the Cubs and Lebron James dons a defacto referee uni last night and decides the game against the Sixers by calling the game-winning foul AFTER the game was over the Sixers declared the winners.

In the Phillies case...you got rear ended...in the Sixers case...correct call!! LeBron got fouled twice on the way to the basket, no call and Brown got hammered on the putback. The ref put his hand up on the shot calling the foul and they (correctly) made sure it happened before the buzzer. No rear ending there. There have been too many times refs swallowed their whistles on obvious fouls at the end of the game...not this time!!

a) James took at LEAST 3 steps on his way to the rack with his shoulders dipped and elbows pistoning.
b) Dalenber got SHOVED from behind into the shooter he "fouled."
c) They DID swallow the whistles, let the teams play and the game was over. King James was allowed to decree a foul called AFTER the game for chrissakes and the Sixers got jammed b/c they don't have a "superstar." If you're gonna call a foul in THAT spot have the BALLS to call it right away on the court.

Honestly...I think J. Jones is beefing up for a Super Bowl run. Not a long term goal...but just for this year. It'll be an interesting draft. I don't see many offensive players coming in....our defense is where we're weak anyway. Well...until December...then the whole team goes to shit.

It's probably not possible to see it now, but SportsCenter spot-shadowed the official under the basket, and he did raise his hand as soon as Devin Brown shot the ball. I will agree that LeBron probably did travel on the way...but after being shoved.

Oh well...it's over. 2nd season starts this weekend.
