Here's something a fan did with the photo..now it's even more 'gay'..

Is that a bad rug on the karaoke singer dude they picked up? Still curious about why they have him out with them. Seems kind of strange.

Not your typical rock star kind of "do". But then, he's probably not a typical rock star.

he has a very similar tone to delp, that michael dosent, dosent look like thier playing to many big cities/sheds in the mid west. detroit is the closest to cincy. i hope they fill in some open dates.

My guess for him being involved is that MS may have objections to singing songs like "Smokin" which would be in conflict with his beliefs.

First off..if Arnel can get the job the way he did for Journey..why is it so odd that Tommy got the job the way he did for Boston?


There are so many reason for two singer..when Boston had both Fran and Brad..it worked well because you got to hear songs from all era's from those who sang them originally and Fran helped Brad out as needed.

This is a huge undertaking for even one great singer to accomplish. It's silly thinking to think that another singer would be brought in just because the other one may not want to sing a song or two..there are so many other reasons to have both.

Tommy for one has not done enough stuff on this level to do this alone from the get go. Michael is still with Stryper..putting out a new album..fall tour..and has a wife who is very sick. This is not going to be some permenant gig for Michael..even though he has always kept everything very balanced..with his wife..you just never know..
This is more about not only needed two singers who can each cover certain songs that fit them..but Michael helping out Tom right now while Tommy gets it going. I believe no matter what..there will always be two singers from now on..they were there best in my owon opinion when they had both Fran and Brad.
When/if Tom goes with one singer down the road..if he keeps this going..it will be Tommy.
Michael and Tom have become friends..both are from MA right now..and Michael is helping Tom out and Tom likes Michael's voice.
Michael is a perfectionist..so is Tom..maybe even more so..if Tom thinks Mike can do this..he can..
With all the ways today that regular people are getting gigs today..I am very confused why it's so odd the way Tommy did.. and who cares what his hair looks like..
Michael's wife has cancer..and let's worry about Tommy's hair..
A fan..Tommy gets invited to sing with them at the tribute..then gets the gig along with Michael..come on..that's the all american dream coming true for someone..

With all the diff shit going on..it still blows my mind at times at the little shit that people continue to bitch about..


I'm pretty impressed that even Fran and Anthony are giving kudos to Tommy.

Just bought some crappy tickets to see them in Minnesota for their second show on June 13. Ticketmaster never fails to screw you over.

Anyone else going to this show?

I have no interest in Boston without Delp. I know I sound like a loon, but I didn't care a bit for their 'Walk On' album. Cosmo is great in his own right, but Boston is nothing without Delp. RIP

The title track to "Walk On" is one of the best tunes they've ever done, with or without Delp, and I'm as big a Delp fan as anyone.

I thought Walk On was a great CD... now, corporate america, that's a whole different story.

Well...first...I did find it odd how Arnel was selected as the new Journey frontman.

I'm not sure how or why me wondering why one of my all time favorite bands picked up a "fan" as one of its lead singers that happens to have a hairdo that looks like a bad toupee had anything to do with someone else's wife's cancer. Sheesh!

Not sure what "diff shit" is, didn't think I was "bitchin" nor was I worried about the hair. I would only be "worried" about whether the $$ will be worth the price of ticket to see them without Delp. Cosmo may have talent, but never did much for me in Boston.

With all these dreams coming true stories these days, I guess there is still hope I can be the Super Bowl MVP, hit the winning shot to capture a NCAA basketball championship, win the Masters, out-rip Deano...ah never mind it'll never happen.

I do wish her and her family the best though.
