Man, I'm glad this is all coming out now. Then in the general election, we can focus on who has the brains to run this country.

None of the 3 candidates are qualified to be POTUS as far as I'm concerned. They all suck in various and different ways.

I'll wait to pass judgement until this video is released, if it as damaging as all you right wingers with a hard on think it is, I may have a dilemma on my hands.....

On the other hand, maybe I won't have to worry, if Obama is consistant, he'll surely file for divorce after taking a few months of heat for his choice of a wife.......it would be ok if he had left her after only a short time, but they've been together for ALMOST 20 YEARS, so he MUST condone everything she's ever said !

Obama did the right thing in FINALLY rolling from the den of hate that is that parish.

Bad enough you got some identity crisised priest up there behaving like he's, er, something other than what he IS, but check that congregation out.

EVERY one of them that's visible in that clip is hootin' and hollai'in, jumping up and down, pumping their fist all over the place and laughing.

If it were a white congregation and REAL white priest doing that shit, and it got on youtube, there would be RIOTS.

Then the SECOND many Obama supporters (not all, mind you) are asked about it they go into the hysterics about oppression and racism.

Obama himSELF doesn't act like or condone it.

And the incredible part is that the involved culprits understand that if cause a rucus like this that it will harm the campaign, but at the end of the day, the cameras are rolling (another thing that's amazing, that they KNEW this would be captured), attention is in the offing and so they JUST DON"T CARE. Can't help it, HAVE to taunt, mock and race bait, and throw it in peoples' face  So typical.

I absolutely agree with you. What I don't understand is why the church leaders didn't ban ALL political discussion during the sermons after the whole Rev. Wright nightmare. Obama is obviously their candidate, and this kind of thing HURTS his campaign. If they really want Obama to be the next president, why didn't they keep their mouths shut until November? How stupid. I live about 35 miles from this church. Maybe I should go picket the church for their racist remarks. If such remarks happened at a predominantly white church, you bet there would be hell to pay.
I was wondering why Michelle Obama wasn't doing much public speaking in her husband's campaign, and now I know why. She may or may not hate white people, but her husband needs their votes in order to win the election.

The presidential race should have NOTHING to do with a candidate's race or gender. This kind of crap is so frustrating for those of us who are trying to determine who we think is the best person for the job.

Yet another "sky is falling" liberal example of throwing down the race card at every opportunity. How did you manage to extract ANY racist intent from that post?

i just don't get this sort of thinking. why? if you vote for mccain vote for him because he is your choice as presidnet, regardless of party affiliation. obama and clinton are more alike than clinton mccain. it does not make sense to me, why not just abstain from voting? :?

If I abstain from voting, a man I don't believe in might win...I could live easier in my mind with McCain as President. Unfortunately, in this country it's basically the lesser of two evils.

I really hate the political party system!

For months now, Princeton economist and NY Times house liberal, Paul Krugman, has analyzed all of the candidates policy prescriptions.
From the subprime mortgage crisis to healthcare, Obama's proposals were found consistently to the right of every Dem. candidate.
So to declare yourself a lifelong Democrat who would rather vote Republican than the Dem candidate who ALREADY skews fairly centrist is sheer lunacy.

Keith Olbermann recently went off on Hillary's invoking of Bobby Kennedy assassination.
But I wouldn't call that cheaply playing the race card.
Especially not after Keith documented that Hillary had made that same grisly comparison multiple times on the campaign trail.

Of course he did, because he's in the tank for Obama.

Way to selectively edit my post.
Herr Limbaugh and the Fox News Propaganda meisters have trained you well

Anyone who has watched Keith Olbermann knows he used to fawn incessantly over the Clintons.
He, along with the rest of the news media, turned on Hillary when it became electorally impossible for her to win this thing (as they should have).

So are you admitting that the "news media" have a liberal bias?
Why would they want Hillary out, if not to help heal the Democrat party?

Hillary has as much of a chance of locking up this nomination as Mike Huckabee did when he similarly overextended his welcome.
As the media lovefest once subsided for him, so it did for Hillary.
The media is not interested in covering vanity campaigns.
If you can't win, get out.

The electoral math has been clear for some time.

RedWingFan wrote:Why would they want Hillary out, if not to help heal the Democrat party?

Uh-huh.
And that's why real liberals like Kucinich, Gravel and Nader were all given the short end of the media stick.
Because the media are just sooo damn liberal.
The media are coporate with a sensationalism bias, if anything.

Of course not.
As you already made transparently clear with superstitious comments like "I just don't trust the man," you're clearly going by that infallible time-tested American touchstone: the gut instinct.
Y'know, the same emotional mechanism Bush has used to sail our ship of state directly into the weeds?

Personally, on election day I think I am just going to hold a divining rod out my window and wait for Jesus to tell me who he'd rather down a beer with.

C'mon they put their eggs in the basket of a liberal who has somewhat of a shot at winning. Kucinich?
If there's sensationalism bias. Why don't they hope and try to perpetuate a showdown at the convention between Hillary and Obama? Wouldn't that mean HUGE ratings?
