You know, I've seen SEVERAL singers say almost exactly the same thing by challenging the coward who pelted them and threated to kick their ass, basically -- David Lee Roth, Nikki Sixx, Axl Rose, Stevie Rachelle, and now Steve Perry. Always looks cool, but it's kinda easy to make those threats when you know there is no way anyone is going to take you up on the offer, and no way security would let them up there even if they tried. I've seen videos of Axl and Stevie Rachelle diving into the audience to make good on their threats, though... haha! So at least we know they had some cajones to back them up.

I remember reading about an interview with Steve on a call in show years after this incident happened. Some couple had broken up at the concert and the guy threw a watch/bracelet and it hit Steve. The guy called in and explained what had happened and apologized. Perry was cool about it.

LOL! He's even more ticked off there, calling the guy a "c**sucker"! Wonder how it played out? Seemed to cut off before the confrontation was over...

Someone broke up... at a Journey concert? I thought Journey concerts were all about romance, making out and stuff!
