Styx In West Bend Wisconsin 7/26/08

Hello to all styxsters and haters in the world. Just got back from the show and again it was an awesome experience. I just wish I had better seats but I quess you can't be up front all the time ::sigh:: Anyway I did not bother staying for boston not that I planned on staying anyway. What the hell has boston ever done to even get a tour with styx anyway? It should be boston opening for styx. I just can't believe I have to wait a whole year to see them again. Hopefully next year they will have the usual two to three wisconsin dates. Here is the setlist for those interested. If anyone else was at this show and has pics please post them.

Tonights setlist::

Blue Collar Man
Grand Illusion
Lorelei
Too Much Time
Suite Madame Blue
Man In The Wilderness (acoustic)
Crystal Ball
Fooling Yourself
Miss America
Come Sail Away
Renegade

I'll see you next year guys!!!!!!

Why don't they include BOT, & Babe in the set? Not enough time or is 'cause DDY isn't there?

This is a great clip of BOT from '83.

Hope you're kidding with that question, right? If not, you've got about a million posts to read on the reasons (some speculated, some not) on why this is.

Yeah that was the same set list from the Chicago Show last week as well. Why would you not stay around for Boston? Styx most definitly out rocked Boston, but Boston did still put on a great show. I was especially impressed by the vocals of Tommy DeCarlo, that dude can sing!

The casual Styx fan has heard Blue Collar Man, Grand Illusion, maybe Lorelei, Too Much Time, maybe Suite Madame Blue, Foolin Yourself, Come Sail Away, and Renegade. Not a bad ratio for a change!
