Like a cantor on the high holidays, Kimball sings in one rafter-reverberating high gear.
He has all the vocal subtlety of Hurricane Andrew.
The Perry cannon is def. not for him.

Still, there's more creative tinkering found here than on Disc 2 of Revelation.

2005 or 2006 - it's part of the 80s Metal Tribute to Journey CD which was discussed a while ago on the Journey forum.

I love Bobby, but even he can't save one of my least favorite Journey songs.

He would've been much better suited to a rocker rather than a cheese-ballad. I have no idea why he picked that one to do.
