Good news for Dennis

His label-mate on Rounder, Robert Plant (with Allison Krauss) just won the grammy for Record of The Year. Should give Rounder a bit of cache in the industry...

Not really.. Anything Allison Krause does gets nominated for a Grammy, regardless of what label its on.

All Alison Krauss has to do is walk near where the Grammy's are being given out and they hand her one.

The only thing that will help Dennis and his CD will be promotion on the part of Rounder. It sounds as though the company is pretty positive towards the album so far. It remains on their front page with that nice little note about it.

I don't think the reflective glow of a Grammy win from one of his label mates will help that much.

Yep the grammies have never lived down Milly Vanilli, or the Starland Vocal Band.
