Hmm.. there was one at one time, Allan might know. I do recall seeing one a few years back, but it did have some gaps in it.

There was - forget the link at the moment.

I started to put one together a long time ago but gave up the ghost. It wouldn't be too hard to do 1996 on, but pre-1996 is spotty at best.

I'm also remembering a tour in the late 70's early 80's with Styx, Uriah Heep and The Dictators at Hara Arena in Dayton, Ohio. I didn't see that on your list.

These dates have been put together from probably 100 different sources, so it is not surprising if I may have missed some. Rely on stumbling across them on the net, in promo material, and ticket stubs.

Wow, what an amazing amount of work. That's why I didn't try to include any comprehensive overview of touring dates in my book, is the sheer size of that task. It's cool that you're doing it.

I usually update it when I get a half dozen or so dates. Kathy at Styxtraveler.com has an easier job at it seeing she has kept track of all the dates since Dennis left. She just keeps adding new stuff which is a lot easier. I would guess that between the two of us we probably have 95% of the public dates.
