It wasn't a bad show and we watched it when it first aired, but we lost interest and taping it and watching became a chore so we gave up on it :?

I dunno man, I haven't caught season two yet, but season one started off surprisingly good (at least, for the expectations I had for a spinoff like this) but petered out for me. I still will watch season two sometime though.

you can catch it on hulu.com or us.imdb.com for free that is if you don't want to wait for it to come out on dvd.

I loved this show, too. I'm hoping maybe the Sci Fi channel or someone else will pick it up. That kinda show just rarely does well on network TV. But oh well, it'll probably join 'Hidden Hills', 'Jericho', 'Dirty Sexy Money', 'Reunion' and 'Prison Break' in my "Shows I wish hadn't been canceled" file, LOL. At least 'Prison Break' had a proper ending, and 'Jericho' sort of did as well. I hate when a show just comes to a halt without ever wrapping. 'Reunion' and 'Dirty Sexy Money' just stopped cold in the dead middle of things.

I hope all is well.

Prison Break got cancelled? Crap. I just thought it was off for the Summer. lol

What was the proper ending? Last I saw, they were gonna go chasing after the dickhead detective.

Speaking of abrupt but good endings, I sure liked "Life on Mars." what a GREAT soundtrack too. Gah.

Ah yes...every season we all lose some show(s) we wanted to keep watching. And then there are the shows where one wonders how they survive.

I guess these days, since there are so many options as to what to watch, it's a miracle any show survives more than half a season.

Sorry to those who lost ones they enjoyed.

I don't want to give away the ending of 'Prison Break' except to say it was a big shock to me. You should watch it online, I don't want to spoil it if you've not seen it. I never saw 'Life on Mars', for some reason I just never picked it up, but I heard it was good. Kinda seems like more challenging shows tend to get canceled, but then again 'Lost' is still on and it's pretty convoluted. We also watch 'Fringe' ay my house, thankfully that made it through, and 'Dollhouse'. Still lots of absolute crap on TV, but the last few seasons there's been some good stuff too, not just reality shows. Although having said that, I have to admit we got hooked on 'Celebrity Apprentice' this year and watched it until the bitter end, LOL. Call it a guilty pleasure, I guess.

I hope all is well.

Sort of like American Idol. ;-)

LOST is one of THE BEST television shows, ever. I'm not surprised it's lasted. It's like cocaine to its fans. "Fringe" is good, but a little campy at times (like a uh, certain rock group we talk about occasionally here, I guess), and DOLLHOUSE! woot ` OK, admittedly, I've only had a chance to watch One episode, but gotta give Whedon a shout-out for making the grade this time around, just because. Sure wish they would have left FIREFLY the hell alone, though. Like some of the Die-hard Dennis people on this board, I'm still pretty bitter over losing that show. lol

The American Idol thing, I'm sorry, I just don't get the results last night. Am I out of my mind? Because to me, Adam is in a DIFFERENT UNIVERSE as a vocalist and entertainer than Kris. This is another example of people voting with their eyes. To me he's the new Taylor Hicks. Take away the visual aspect of what he does . . . I mean, just listen to him once without watching him and you'll see what I mean. It's not that he's bad, it's that he's sooooo generic. There's nothing he did the other night that I couldn't find a YouTube video of some guy in his room doing just as well. Adam, on the other hand . . . WOW. That guy's probably the best male vocalist ever to appear on Idol. At least to me. They should kick Paul Rodgers out of Queen and hire him.

Okay, that's my Idol rant for today, LOL! Some years I agree (like last year), but this damn sure isn't one of them.

That was a terrific show. I got very invested in it and its quirky characters. I was sorry to see it go.

Well, thank goodness. One of the best, I agree. CBS was playing some stupid games with that consistently high rated show. Thank goodness they came to their senses.
