The simple fact is....this board has existed for 10 years and will continue on with or without you. And the other things is....seeing that I own and pay for this board means I don't have to put up with people that get up my nose. ie. You.

I have a few minutes per hour to drop in here and check things and if I'm getting reader complaints (yes, about you...), then I keep a closer watch on that user. And whan that user has annoyed me in the past and continues to be a smart ass when I ask them to chil out, then I have zero patience left these days to deal with such issues.

So, chill out and re-consider some parts of your posting style and all will be fine.

The board is not democratic, Drew pays for it.If i payed for this board i would do what i wanted as well. Why would he come to your aid when you have encouraged people here to come at you in debate. I don't expect Drew to come to my side if someone gives me a hard time. You can't expect to keep putting the moderator down , and not be given a holiday.

That's an odd thought. The idea of someone doing whatever the hell they want simply because they pay for the bandwidth. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Andrew should be anything less than the Supreme Grand Poobah of these forums, but I had a reasonable expectation of objectivity.

I don't mind debating; I love debating. Flaming isn't debating.

I don't expect Drew to come to my side if someone gives me a hard time.

I wasn't banking on Andrew's involvement, which is why I handled the issues myself. But if he's not going to defend everyone or at least make an attempt to do it, why come to the aid of a select few?
