Check out Burtnik - total hair band look....even JY has the ultra teased look. Maybe they were trying a little too hard to be "relevent" in their look here?!? Of course, Dennis with the suit, still looks hopelessly trapped in the early 80s....can't quite pull "hair band" off....

I agree this was very much of the time, for better or worse, but one thing I will say is that this was the first time Styx had ever looked like everyone belonged in the same band. The imaging of the group prior to this was just . . . I don't even know what to say about it. Looking through old shots to select pictures for my book, I kept shaking my head and thinking, 'WHAT in the WORLD are you wearing?' LOL. I've always thought part of the reason the band is viewed as "uncool" is simply because the visual presentation is just so . . . uncool.
