Wow. :o
You see him smile at the very last second of that, when the music ends... like he was really happy with the run through of that.

Was it lip synched?

Didn't look like it. He has a habit of pulling the mic closer to his mouth when he sings because of his soft voice. He does that in all his live shows but adlibs so much, it's obvious his mic is live.

By letting herself be paid off as a baby machine for an eccentric rock star would be my opinion.

Once you abandon a kid, you don't deserve it back.

Jackson, who died at age 50, left behind three children: son Michael Joseph Jr., known as Prince Michael, 12; daughter Paris Michael Katherine, 11; and son Prince Michael II, 7. Rowe was the mother of the two oldest children. The youngest was born to a surrogate mother, who has never been identified.

Rowe said she was concerned about splitting up the children. She said she did not expect the court to grant custody of the third child, but added that she would be willing to accept custody.

Rowe, who was married to Jackson in 1996 and filed for divorce three years later, surrendered her parental rights. An appeals court later found that was done in error, and Rowe and Jackson entered an out-of-court settlement in 2006.

Never have I had such mixed feelings over watching a video. Excited, yet sad. As a dancer myself who knows just how difficult some of those effortless-looking moves are, this video was both inspirational & heartbreaking at the very same time. What a tragic loss it is to the music world. MJ was so incredibly talented & I would have loved to see him tour, even if not firsthand. Somehow I missed hearing about the open call auditions for his "This Is It" tour & it's just as well, I suppose. If I had heard where the auditions were being held, I would have been on the next bus, plane, boat or even hot air balloon just to arrive at that location & have the chance at an audition. What a major RUSH that would have been, regardless of whether or not I would have ultimately been one of the chosen few. It still would have been such a blessing & an honor to have the opportunity to audtion for such an icon as Michael Jackson.....

..... and what a devastating blow to have been chosen for the tour, then later to be told of Michael's tragic & untimely death.

Rest In Peace, Michael Jackson. Your fans will surely miss you.

Now they are selling tickets to the funeral...and selling the "This Is It" T-shirts out front.

Well, it's clear where the families priorities are... They got into court on Monday, before the will even came out, and got control of that money, but a week later, still no funeral plan.

Reuters wrote: A will signed by Michael Jackson putting his multimillion-dollar estate in a trust for his children and mother was filed in court on Wednesday, as details of his highly-anticipated funeral remained sketchy. Some media outlets reported a memorial service would take place this coming Tuesday at Los Angeles' Staples Center arena and others pointed to the city's Coliseum sports stadium, but a spokesman for Jackson's family could not confirm those reports nor could officials with the venues.

It was very interesting. Since he passed away last week there have been conflicting stories regarding his physical appearance immediately prior to his death. Some described his as weak and frail, canceling rehearsals and being unable to make it through at least some of the rehearsals he did attend. By other accounts he was healthy and strong - thin, but in good condition. I dunno, maybe it's the adrenaline rush from being on stage and performing that perks him up. I must say, he didn't look like he was on his last legs in the recently released video.

Seeing that video was amazing and sad. Amazing at the performance but sad because he did look so thin. He really seemed to be enjoying dancing and singing in the video. He truly was a gifted dancer.

I just finished watching a DVD of MJ from 1992 filmed in Bucharest. All I can say is DAMN! He is one of the greatest and most exciting entertainers I have ever seen.

If you have Netflix, throw this one in the queue and enjoy.

I saw the video of the last rehearsal too and it was amazing that he still had that type of performance in him. He was simply magic as a performer, and it was nice to see a glimpse of the things we loved about him one last time.

It does, makes it even sadder. One of my co-workers showed me an article of people talking about how amazed they were at his vocal prowess still during these rehearsals, the things he was still able to do with his voice. I've always loved his dancing too, no one can move like him, not even his own dancers, no matter how hard they try, no one. His incredible talents will be missed.

That's true. That hadn't been seen for years and nice to leave that image of his ability to perform and his talent instead of what was being said, that he couldn't dance or sing anymore.

I can't believe she's doing this. She doesn't have a chance in hell with the selling of her children, basically, and her comments that GB quoted. And also, the children are old enough to understand what is going on, and I'm sure if she were given custody they would resent her. They would understand she played no part in their lives and gave them up willingly. She is a hermit who would take them away from everything they know; whereas, Michael's mother would give them the continuity they need and with someone they grew up with and love, plus Michael's siblings, their aunts and uncles and cousins.

Agreed. While I don't think those kids belong with Katherine and especially Joe... I don't think they'd be any better off with this Debbie. And honestly, this is so fishy... I don't believe she really wants them... I think she believes the Jacksons will do anything to keep the kids and she can walk away with payday number two.

Apparently there are hundreds of hours of footage and AEG is looking at making live albums, a payperview special and a movie. This wil not only offset their losses but give tremendous exposure to the dancers also.
