I have yet to see anyone worship Pineda here. I see people defending him for sure. I don't see anyone saying what a God he is, how sexy he is, or any of some of the wackiness I see in some of the other worship threads here. I do see that as soon as someone says anything positive about the guy, their comment is, nine times out of ten, negated by those who just can't seem to get over that (insert singer of choice here) isn't the guy with Journey at this time. Many of those can't give the guy any credit for how much he's saved the band from the toilet- which he has. Some of the slams on Pineda seem to be pretty over the top too.

It'll never change though, so why talk about it? NEXT!

You know as well as I do there is defending and worshipping go on regarding any of the Journey frontman. Whether it be Perry, Augeri, Soto or Pineda. And you're right, that will never change. Yes there is a few that don't give Pineda credit, just as there is a few that don't give Soto credit. As I recall, Soto "saved this band from the toilet" first before Pineda did, when he stepped in with no notice when Augeri went down.

Actually, I don't see that with Pineda HERE. I do see it out on Youtube and at his own site, but I'm not talking about that. I'm sure if the others had sites, it'd be the same there.
I don't think JSS saved them from the toilet. I think he saved them from cancelling a tour. That's all.
