and that's really a shame but then again what can ya do? How much would it take a few million each? (in case your wondering it's a retorical question)

For JY to agree it would probably take all the money floating in the river Styx!

Man, think about if Styx had been Dennis, Tommy, and Glen as the primary threesome...that would have been a step up - even in the glory years. I would love to see that. Problem is JY owns the name. How ironic is that? The least productive member of the band controls the name.

I vote - let's oust JY and put Dennis, Tommy, and Glen together and call that Styx.

Dennis, Tommy, Glenn Todd and Ricky.
There you go. Gowen can be the opening act! Didn't he say he wanted to revisit his solo career??!!

Seriously, I like JY. I always have. He gets bashed quite a bit around here! I talked to him twice on the phone on rockline and he was funny and cool.
And call me crazy but I like most of his songs. I think his backing vocals are a Styx Staple. But to add Glen to Dennis, Tommy and JY?
Wow! They wouldn't even need instruments. I would just like to hear them sing!

My line up would have larry play keys/supp keys that way when ever dennis wanted to take over he can. He want's to be upfront with the crowd anyway plus it would save time since they wouldin't have to hire someone that has to learn all the key notes.

Larry would get bored just playing keys. He needs to shine. Let him open up all the shows!!! He's a great performer. And he can write another solo album.
