I just read a few of the stories on the game and it sounds like Canada was pretty dominant, but lost because of some shitty goaltending. You should win games when you outshoot your opponent by a 2-1 margin.

The Americans out played the Canadians, period.
Canada didn't dominate anything last night except for disappointment.
We outshot them but we were nowhere near netly on most of those efforts
while the Americans where ace on their aim game and had no problem handing us our hung heads.

Good game U.S.A!.....a win well won.
I wish for my home team to have the same come tomorrow.

Didnt someone ask you to switch from store brand bottom shelf Whisky !?? Canada DOMINATED the game , but lost cause of crappy goaltending.,... You dont outshoot an opponent 45-23 if youre not dominating the game..... The goalies were the deciding factors in this game. Miller did an amazing job while Marty totally sucked....

One of the most exciting games is upon us Wednesday when Russia plays Canada,,,,

from the First shot , 14 seconds into the 1st period I could tell Brodeur is gonna plau a sucky game!!! They shouldve pulled him out after the 2nd goal and either put Luongo in or Fleury,,,,

Still don't think the USA will medal.

Uh, no he hasn't? :? Hat trick against Norway is nothing to sneeze at. I'll admit he wasn't all that great in this game, but Canada still played a great game, Miller was just waaaaaaaaay better than Brodeur.

LOL, where is Kipper when ya need him?! :D :P

Considering he was born in Finland, Id say he was between the pipes playing for Finland,,, He wasnt that great either,,, 3-0 Sweden!

Bull heaps Behshad!
Brodeur definitely didn't play his best but he had lots of company last night.
I don't know about you but I've watched many games where the team that gets
the most shots on goal is not the dominating team in the
plays, plows and production to the net.
Canada looked limp and awkward all night and just seemed to have trouble
handing off simple passes.
Miller was marvelous and so were his team mates, they played like they want that gold.
I'm disappointed in how Canada didn't deliver and I hope the coach is chewing em out for it.

You seriously need to lay off the drinking and smoking while watching important games like last night. Canada had pressure on US most of the time and US did a GREAT job defending their lead AND making sure they take advantage of Marty's off night....
