Under the partnership agreement the band Chuck, Tommy , JY and Dennis cannot
just go out and tour without each other under the STYX name . Dennis has
tried to make contact with the 2 others to try and make this right but they
have not so much as returned a single call . Tommy and JY are mad that
Dennis made 500k off of the VW commercial (which he had all the right in the
world to because he owned the rights to the song) so this is there way off
getting back at him .
