What does still shock me a little is the people who support these guys in their conduct just to " fit in" and be a part of a clique and will even join in sometimes with their bad behavior to prove their loyalty. The clique on this board is really no different then common street gang mentality. A few bullies rule the roost and the vast majority of others don't say anything because they don't want to be targeted and some don't because they want to be in with what is perceived to be the "in crowd". Ridiculous! People will throw out their integrity to be a part of a group. What a shame.

They can say they do this just to get people riled up for laughs and I'm sure they do, but there are things they really believe spoken otherwise they wouldn't think of them and besides which, to do it for laughs shows absolutely no compassion for others. Hey, maybe these guys aren't like this off of the internet and maybe they have been very good friends towards some but that doesn't excuse their behavior on the net one bit. To be friends I guess that some will put blinders on to their friends behaviors and excuse it as they are just messing around but when they excuse bad behavior it is an endorsement of it, even if it is an unspoken endorsement by standing by, watching and remaining silent, the silence is an endorsement.

I'm not trying to get people to not be friends with them, that's not the point....but think about their conduct..not just on this topic but overall over time...do you endorse the same beliefs and behaviors? If you do, you do but if you don't then don't condone their actions. Speak up and tell them when you don't agree. A true friend will be honest and a true friend can take honesty. Don't lose integrity because you will have a hard time getting it back. Just sayin'. Have a good day.
