I've been listening to this song a bit lately. Just curious what your thoughts are on it for the sake of discussion.

Shaw and Burtnik are a vocal match from heaven. They sound great in Yes I Can

I really like the song. I heard that they performed it at Todd's wedding. My wife doesn't like it because of the lyric "the sun is shining through your cotton dress" She thinks it's perverted.

For whatever reason, some people here think it's gay.

The song is GREAT!!

The video is GAY. It shows these flowers opening, and some blond with a white cotton dress( with ring around the collar). It must of cost a total of 1 dollar to make it, with the proceeds going to Chucks favorite charity.

The video reeeekkksss of gayness!!!

This is in my opinion the enigma of Styx. Dennis's sappy songs or quirky songs were hits. No one is going to give Tommy crap about his sappy songs because no one heard them. Dennis's sappy songs were huge hits and everyone takes shots at Styx because of them. This is an example of Dennis having so much talent that he can make almost anything listenable. I still think they (sappy songs) suck.

Kind of agree with you here re: sappy songs. Of course, one person's "sappy" is another person's "our love/wedding/special song."

And, let's face it, if you want to think a song is "gay" then every damn song is "gay" in one way or another. Sheesh.

Tommy's ballads aren't corny, most of Dennis' are. that's the difference

I just wanted to use the word 'gayish' to try to 'Barackify' this 'Assembly Line'.

No bleeding hearts here. They all must be getting fired up about their 'free' health care.

You gotta love the government takeover of EVERYTHING.

You can download and see the 'GAY' video Yes I Can by logging on to any government run free music website.
