That would be an awesome line-up! I don't know Alex Lifeson though, so I've got to check out youtube. I'll get back to you on that one!

No shit. I think Tomulator had the best band, in fact I know he did.

Matty wrote:Kip Winger on bass? wtf Jim? Is he that good at bass?

LOL, no shit again. Winger on anything all star is automatically wrong. Hell, might as throw Dokken on there too, or for a good laugh, maybe the drummer from Trixter or the keyboard player from fuckin Genesis. :? Gay all the way around.

Fuck BOTH of you guys! Kip Winger is not only a kick-ass bass player, but also he's also a great singer, keyboardist and guitarist. Oh yeah... he has a very unique style to his original songs, and writes some seriously melodic, kick-ass tunes. Like him or not, you can't deny his talents. He is amazing from a musicians standpoint.

And Matt, just because you're too damn young to have been slaying beers and ass in the 80's... don't be hatin! You would have had the same fucking parachute pants and mullets that the rest of us did, and to me... the music died after about 1991. Go listen to some Korn or the Jonas Brothers and let me live in the past!!!

You have balls for saying this. LOL, some of the worst ever music recorded was in the 80's. Some very good, but a lot was shit. And for the record, I never did parachute pants, mullets, or any of that gay stuff you did Sarge.

I like this! But Vaughn on vocals and Geddy just on bass right? That would be pretty cool.

I can't believe there are people on the planet who have never heard of Alex Lifeson

I did have a hamster. He was a black little fucker and I called him Puck. I made the biggest fucking tube maze ever. I must have had over 50 tubes, reaching from the desk to the ceiling, where he had this cool lookout tower. The fucker had to be utterly exhausted climbing that fuckin tower...it was at least 9 feet tall, or to him it was about 630' feet tall...so tall I needed guide wires to keep it straight, because it wanted to lean over and crash. Those didn't work so I duct taped the top of the lookout dome to the fuckin ceiling.

Nah, that doesn't shock me. You're into some weird ass 80s shit but I also know you're into prog stuff at the bare minimum, anyone who listens to prog is generally pretty open-minded.
