While it may be marketing, it's a different mastering job. It may be better, it may be worse, but it won't be the same.
So they make a new master from the original analog tapes. They don't change the mix. They don't go in and clean up the original channels. Pretty much all they can do is add compression to make it seem louder.
Don't buy it.
