Fergie Frederiksen - Equilibrium

Postby Irwin M Fletcher » Mon Apr 19, 2010 9:18 pm

The cd just came through the post today, its pretty good. I remember hearing a few tracks on it when it first came out in 1999 but i never got it. Great songs and vocals by Fergie and a great sounding band, im sure some of you already have it :D

I tried to listen to the samples there on my Imac, but it's telling me I don't have the right software installed! I can't find it anywhere else to hear it. Any ideas? :?

Have you guys ever picked up the Frederiksen/Denander album "Baptism by Fire" album from a few years back? Highly recommended album, really great songs.

Fergie's album is cool, but the absolute gem in Fergie's career is FREDERIKSEN/PHILLIPS. Faaaaark me it is a classic - really diverse and sounds like a 100 pound sledge. Incredible production.

I for one did not warm to Frederiksen/Phillips, perhaps most of all because of the absolutely dreadful lyrics. They should have left that one with humming guide vocals rather than stick with those lyrics, or whatever they may be called.
