Dont feel bad . my alma mater (Minnesota) got stuffed by a dinky little school half of it size a couple of NCAA divisons down. Admittely the gophers are supposed to suck, but not that damn bad!

Did you hear that Coach Dantonio had a heart attack last night and underwent heart surgery?

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio had a heart attack late Saturday night after his team's overtime victory against Notre Dame.

Dantonio, who was "resting comfortably" Sunday and expected to make a full recovery, was admitted to the emergency room at Sparrow Hospital and had a stent put in a blocked artery near his heart not long after the Spartans used an audacious fake field goal to win 34-31.

Dantonio will be out indefinitely and offensive coordinator Don Treadwill will coach in his absence. Dantonio will remain hospitalized for several days. The No. 25 Spartans play Northern Colorado on Saturday.

Dantonio had no known history of heart problems, but college football has been known to take a toll on the health of its coaches.

I would have fallen out too after that incredible call!! He acted like, yeah, I knew that would happen, but you know he
was saying the "F" word followed by a lot of little U~U~U~U~U~U~U's and a barely audible K...I was thinking it!!!

BAMA Arkansas is rival conference game...and Arkansas was #10... so until someone beats them, BAMA is #1... just saying... TEXAS was the shock this week... but maybe BIG 12 will be way down this year... OU almost got beat by cincy...
my cyclones are 2-2... and what was BIG 10 doing beating up on all those little teams... oh except for Purdue.... LOL...

Easy....if running up the score against an opponent can help you move up....then barely sqeaking by an opponent that you should have crushed should make you fall....seems logical.

Alabama is #1 because they were pre-season #1...and that is unfair. Personally, I don't think they should rank the teams until at least week 5....

Dude, Alabama is #1 because they were undefeated last year, came out of the toughest conference in the country unscathed, return the Heisman Trophy winner, have a QB that hasn't lost since he was wearing diapers and have a backup running back that's probably the second best in the country, behind Ingram.
