the guitar mix of best new face is a much better version than what appears on brave new world....this should have been the version on that cd.

Ah, is this the studio one that had the extra guitar solos and stuff? That was a good version.

They need those extra guitars to cover up the crappy lyrics. My least favorite song on that album

Which song were they trying to promote? Wasn't it "Edge Of The Century" due to the new millenium?

Yes, it is an Edge Of The Century CD single. I have the original disc from CMC from my radio daze.

Sweet. I thought I remembered hearing that like once around that time.. Pretty interesting that they put the effort into promoting something that wasn't on the new album and was nearly ten years old. It fit with the time, but then the title track, or "Heavy Water" from "BNW" might have as well.
