My thought exactly. This better be one hell of an amazing song!

Well, did you? Inquiring minds want to know!

DavidWT wrote:Based on his track record, I suspect we'll see the following post on his site in 2012:
Dear Friends,
I just finished remastering the opening riff on a song called "How Do You Feel." My previous singer, R, left the band because he did not understand the true value in the name Survivor. Marc is also gone, along with everyone else. Now it's just me, the TRUE Survivor! So you can be sure that Survivor is now the best it has ever been! No more negative energy! It's all positive happy-feel-good stuff now!! (btw, Marc & Robin, if you ever even THINK the word 'Survivor,' I'll see you in court, you bastards.)
As soon as the new survivormusic.com site is finished, you'll be able to download the opening riff of "How Do You Feel".

axecrew wrote:Ok.....I'll bite....I'll stay positive for you slander(I know never thought you'd hear that from me huh).
I'm positive that this latest blog entry is just a tease to get people on here talking about it.
And you base this on?
And I'm equally as positive that there could be some bad feelings under the radar concerning the authorship of some of these songs that are purportably written and somewhat recorded.
And you base this on?
And I'm positive that the delay is the fact that there's not a label out there who's willing to touch this band with it's penchant for slow work and "Broken Promises".
And you base this on?
I had know idea that AXE is not only a roadie but Silvia Brown herself! Or wait are you Carnac the Magnificent?
Not too mention a band who's chief songwriter isn't even in it anymore, and who's most notable singer is gone as well.
And I'm positive that most fans don't give a shite they just want new tunes.

Vile and venomous? What the hell are you talking about? Vile? Personal? Like I said you tend to let your emotions cloud your judgment. Yes I said it was cowardly to hide behind a cursor. And it is. The internet is full of people who say things, make accusation as truth but never cite their sources. They make it up as they go. Sorry I have no respect for people who have their version of the truth especially when it is baseless. If I offended you I am sorry, but I wasn't aware you had such tender sensibilities.

January 1st:
Hello All...
The 2011 Journal begins tomorrow here at fs.com. I hope everyone had a Great New Year's Eve! I will be back at the keypad pecking away and bringing you all up to date as I once did.
More Tomorrow!

Of course, "tomorrow" has come and gone, with no further updates. So, as he said, he's keeping us "up to date" just as he usually does... lol.
DavidWT wrote:That really IS a good post on his blog. That's the sort of thing I hope we see more of, because really, that's what it should be about. No more finger-pointing, etc.
Keeping my fingers crossed that we get some new music soon.
