Dude, I got sick to my stomach this time and almost started seein' stars.

Bad. Another time was in a football game. We ran a fake-punt and I was one of the intended receivers in a flat route. I made a sick cut and found myself wide open in the portion of my field. I see the ball, coming in like a missile but very, very low. I had to go down on both of my knees to scoop it up but I mis-judged the rotation of the ball. The point of the ball SPLIT between both of my balls and I literally saw black and think I passed out for a moment. I made the catch but felt like my asshole was the size of the grand-canon. One of the only times I took myself out of the game for a few series. TERRIBLE feeling, just terrible and petrifying.

And you call Jay Cutler a pussy? How the fuck does a ball go through someone's hands? I can honestly say I have never dropped a fucking pass in my life. Yeah, I have good hands but my point is that catching a football is easy as all Hell. :D

Well, dude I can now see your comprehension skills aren't in tact today. If you read, the ball almost skipped up to me, to the point to where I had to go on both of my knees and cradle it. I'm 6'2, the ball should have been right between the numbers but I had to pivot, drop to my knees and cradle it, thus, the tip of the ball hitting my nutsack in the pocket I made for it. I don't think I've ever dropped a pass either with my hands. I played some outside backer at another level, but in high school I was a D.E and Tight End.

EDIT: I did drop one ball that still haunts me. Tight end screen pass off left end, hold your count for two seconds and then release in the flat and let defenders free. I was wide open and would have easily ran 30 yards for a score. It was a torrential DOWNPOUR that game and I had to use lineman gloves (extra padding) because I had a broken right hand. Ball slipped right through the gloves because I couldn't clamp my hands in the cold weather. Devastated me but I made up for it with a sack on the next series. Plays like that never leave you, I could just imagine when guys drop a big play, kind of like that dude from Buffalo this year.

I do feel your pain though, Tom. I was a catcher in baseball and never wore a cup. hated it. Made me walk like a penguin with a fresh load of shit in my diaper. so I ditched the protective cup. First game out, the pitcher throws a 55 footer that bounces 6 feet in front of the plat and comes up underneath my ballsack...you know, where it is as tender as a girls earlobes...very soft, plyable and fleshy. runner on first ran on me...I watched him...he ran to second and when it became apparent I was temporarily paralyzed, he ran or walked to third. I had NO intention of moving. it was embarrassing because I was all geared up in catchers shit, and lay there motionless like Michael Irvin on a cold wet Philadelphia turf, where everyone was cheering for a hoped for dead Michael irvin...(tough town Philly is). anyway, from that day forward, I have always worn a cup, albeit a soft cup, even for pickup basketball, and especially for hockey. In all my tears playing sports, hockey is by far the roughest and most dangerous, I can say that Big Jim and the twins never took any rubber from a slapshot.

My condolences Dave. You need any vicodin, PM me, I received a fresh shipment yesterday. :D

No................Back labor is worse than regular labor, you hurt from your mid back all the way down to your feet. You feel the labor pain all over! The nerves are all sensitized by the labor pain. And my son had a large head. I had to be cut in a very sensitive place so he could be brought into the world. I felt I was giving birth to a cannon! LOL So unless the kidney stone was the size of a melon and you had to be cut open so it could come out, I still win! LOL! Sorry for your pain, I just was trying to help you see it could be far worse. LOL

I couldn't have drugs with Rose, she would have died at birth. So no drugs could be administered.

Listen and listen carefully. The kidney stone FEELS like a watermelon when it travels through ,while poking with it's sharp edges. Unless your kid had a head shaped like Lisa Simpson's , you lose. :)

First explain how I "wussed out?" If I did my daughter would have died. Couldn't wuss out, I had to do it the hard way or she would have died. You really find out what you can do when you have something like that to deal with. I will give you brownie points for delivering your poo though. That's what friends are for!

That is why I gave you Brownie points. Hugs. Sorry for your nut.

As for the Kidney stones, I know they hurt. But the kidney stone does not cut 3 inches from your vaginal opening to your rectum. On my first birth the doctor let my daughter tear her way out. The second one the doctor cut, and because of the previous tear I had complications healing. Infection in that area is no picnic either, ask some of these nurses! LOL!

Nah, my first was an emergency C and the other 2 were vbac epidural labors. I still felt things and vomited on anesthesia, but I'd STILL pick those over a c-section recovery!

You labor lasted what , 12 hours ?! 24 hours ?! 72 hrs?!
Try 8 WEEKS of giving birth to a tiny shiny crystal that cuts and pokes for weeks. You lose. Give it up !

Nah, my first was an emergency C and the other 2 were vbac epidural labors. I still felt things and vomited on anesthesia, but I'd STILL pick those over a c-section recovery!

Nah  The problems some women get with peeing when they just laugh or sneeze later on in life because of those deliveries still keeps me pretty happy mine exited north instead of south

I've got some bad news for ya, Melissa....those things are a result of pregnancy, not vaginal delivery.

I had my first two natural and my next two with epidurals (wasn't really my plan but a whole other issue in and of itself) and if I had to do it again I'd go natural all the way...recovery was much easier and I could actually move.

Oh hell, I'm on my midwife soapbox again!!! SORRY!
