Interviewers need to keep mentioning Dennis...maybe it'll put an idea in Tommy's head  Lkewise, interviewers should keep asking Dennis about Tommy

Sure would be nice if Tommy could get through an interview without having to talk about his drug usage. Yes, you were really cool with all your drug use Tommy....loser.

He's a "loser" for beating a drug and alcohol dependency? I give him kudos for being able to do it, he even inspired others to not to drugs and I commend him for it :?

C'mon now... as a true Styx fan how can you be happy with the way things are now??? I support both, but would have Gowan fed to the wolves if that meant DDY back in the band. Okay, a little overboard... but you get the point. Imagine how great that band would be with Dennis and Glen back. As a live show they'd be untouchable.

No offense, but IMO a true Styx fan WOULD want DDY back in the band. I am neither pro Dennis or pro Styx, I support both like I have said many times. I believe they belong together.

With all due respect baron imo if dennis comes back in the band the same thing will happen as the previous reunions. So i like most others on this forum like the band the way it is.

Don't get me wrong, of course it would be great if he was back, but I like the stuff they're doing right now (even if they almost only tour). If Dennis came back, I guess the sound would change as well... Dennis is a great singer and so is Tommy, as long as they both can do their thing, i don't care what they call their band.

I'm sure people thought that when Bruce Dickinson returned to Iron Maiden. 12 years later; they're still together and stronger than ever.

Or how about David Ellefson returning to Megadeth last year? He sued Dave Mustaine for 20 million in the early 2000s and now they're back together and better than ever.

I would be slightly more inclined to give the current lineup a pass on not having Dennis if they would create some decent music instead of re recording things that Dennis wrote; Journey has a new singer, but they have put out five albums since 1998, and they were fairly strong albums, too. That is why Journey having Arnel isn't so bad. Styx, however, is absolutely nothing without Dennis. The only reason Cyclorama was a decent album was that Glen Burtnik had a hand in the writing, and some of the songs were written many years before Cyclorama came out. Then on top of this, JY has the idiocy to describe this as the best version of Styx ever. Right, because "Difference in the World" sure beats the piss out of "Come Sail Away" and "Man In The Wilderness"

The split between David Ellefson and Dave Mustaine was arguably worse than the DDY/Styx split, and they're doing just fine together now. Your opinion doesn't have a solid foundation.
