Yeah, a little too coincidental, wouldn't you say? The location appears to have been chosen, not only because they thought that it would be easy to hide a heavily populated and affluent area, but also because of it's close proximity to the Pakistani government... WAY too convenient, if you ask me. :evil:

If we could find them there, why wouldn't their own government have their own suspicions about the compound's occupants? They essentially sealed themselves off from everyone else in the area and wouldn't put their own garbage at the curb (as everyone else did), but rather burned it on their property. Didn't the government think that this was a bit strange and overly secretive???

Osama chose that location because he knew he would be protected and left alone... Simple as that.

So let me get this straight. You think the people that hate us are just chilling in our country and are capable of attacking us at any time, but were waiting for us to kill their revered leader before they exercise their alleged ability to do so at any time?

It doesn't work like that.

I'm sure they are pissed and we have reason to be as vigilant as ever. But, to suggest that we awakened some sleeping beast that coulda fucked us at any point just because we killed OBL is ludicrous. If they were capable of hitting us at any time, wouldn't they have tried something major the last 10 years? They've tried a couple times here, and each attempt has failed. Today, we have no reason to be any more or less vigilant than we have been since September 11. In the future, time may show that this killing truly cut the head of the snake that is Al Qaeda. Sure, there will always be terrorists and fringe lunatics. Terrorism isn't confined to Muslims. But islamofascism as an ideology might be going the way of the Nazi with this death. It's certainly not getting stronger any time soon, I can tell you that.

What I heard about the burial of Bin Laden's body at sea was because they didn't want to have him buried and have a shrine for his followers. Or... maybe some of his followers would steal the body. And a burial at sea would fix that problem.

Answer me this....I'm not saying the landing was fake....I'm not saying it wasn't. Just curious as to why we haven't gone back. And we have exponentially, more advanced technology....I'm to believe that a cheap looking space capsule made it to the moon in 1969?

Fact is....we were in a space race with the USSR. And it behooved washington/Nasa to appear as if we won that part too, even if we didn't....it was a nationalism thing....

From what I read in that article I posted above, as long as there are two samples, DNA testing can be done in a matter of hours. And think, there is the FBI, CIA, etc, with labs... that would be the top priority over everything else they might be working on. So it is possible.

Besides a facial scan and dental records, having his sister's Patterns already in the system helped. Also, no waiting in line for lab time either, which usually is the biggest delay when it comes to this kind of stuff.

Saddam's was fast tracked also.
