TO- Dream Theatre

Dream Theatre has been nominated for a Grammy for best hard rock performance with On The Back Of Angels. I sure hope they win. Their new album ' A Dramatic Turn Of Events' was by FAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRR the best album of 2011.

No jewelry, no ice capades, just a solid new album and a great tour. What a novel idea for a progressive rock band!!!

. I agree that it's an album deserving of a Grammy nod, but I think the category is a bit too broad now. In my opinion, Megadeth's new album should receive the Grammy. Unfortunately though the Foo Fighters will walk away with the win. It may be a good album, but like I said... too broad of a category. 3 bands that belong in different genres all combined in a category that fits just one.

It's worth your time, a great album. I put it 2nd on my 2011 list.

Got around to listening to some of it last night. What I heard sounded very good. But it failed to keep me awake. Fell asleep listening to it. But I made it through the first 3 songs.
