No bitching, here. Sure, this would have been nice for Christmas, but, so what. I'll take it whenever it is released. Saw the show twice and am looking forward to seeing it again.
Sometimes it makes no sense at all.

Why would we bitch about it??? We knew they'd be releasing it since November of last year.

Don't you get it? It was bait. Someone one must have been getting restless not having anything to add a personal attack and\or what they think is wisdom in a reply.

How in the hell did this thing take 14 months to produce? Better be pretty damned brilliant.

Oh, I know it was. My comment also was meant to be negative about the 13 months that have went by since the taping.

Splendid.
And incredibly there are already several reviews.
I wonder if Mike S who reviewed the blue-ray DVD is froy.
He sure come across like him, though he uses more words than he normally does here.

I wondered the exact same thing! Although, I noted that Mike S used bigger words and had less spelling and grammatical difficulty than froy did. I always recognize his style whenever Sterling has an article on The Examiner.

I just love how people will use any place as a forum for their grievances.

Oh, and I ordered my copy of the DVD. Unlike a few people on Amazon, I'll wait until I actually see it before expressing my opinion. If it's anything like the two shows I saw live, it will be great.

This was a good live show. I'll probably be a buyer

Froy's first name is definitely "mike"...I don't remember his last name, "Slovik", or something like that? I'm sure Suite knows.

It was probably him. I just looked and it seems the posts were removed.

It's still there, and yes it's gotta be him. There can hopefully only be one as
pathetically over the top brown nosing fan boy like that.Though I am sure his son or the kid next door must have helped him
with the writing of the ehh rant.

I found it...it's not froy. Read some of his other reviews and it doesn't sound like him at all....he even trashed the 'new' Doors, which froy actually liked.

But, it wouldn't surprise me if it was somebody from here. Maybe Ash. That cliques arguments are all the same and repetitive...so I spose it doesn't really make much difference.

I TRULY wanted to purchase this. But because of the Jewelrygate Ice Capades scandal I will not spend another dime on Styx until they release a new album.

Hell I could make the Ft. Worth show this Saturday night easy. But no way. I will watch The Behind The Music instead.

Maybe you can buy the Mr. Roboto (kids on drugs dubstep remix) single on I-Tunes to tie you over.
Sounds like an instant classic,at least after the 1 1/2 minutes I heard.

Amazed that this actually happened after over a decade of releasing videos of live Dennis songs being verboten. Just pre-ordered my copy. I'm wondering if Styx recorded the Regeneration albums solely to make this DVD possible. Notice that they re-recorded every song that Dennis probably would have held on to from these two albums. Sort of like Lady '95

For a CD release with DDY's songs on it, Styx would not have to get DDY's permission....but for a DVD release, DDY had to sign off on it. I'm actually kinda surprised he did it.

Peace,
