So...being a fan for 32 years gives me no right to bitch since I don't own a team? Fuck that. Call it whining if you want to, I don't give a shit. It still takes away from the game, no matter what you say. And you being a high and mighty prick about things doesn't really help things.

He's used this same tired rhetorical trope (i.e., "if you didn't/don't do it, you can't have an opinion") on me at least twice. Once was telling me to "quit posting and start your own fuckin forum if you don't like it" when I was calling Andrew out for his treatment of Saint John. And the other one was because I didn't play NFL football, I wasn't qualified to offer my own opinion on a player's merits. He badly needs some new material.

Totally agree with you on kickoffs. Would hate to see them go.

OH...so this is old hat to him?
But really, with kickoffs...I wonder what players like Hester are saying about this?? That's his bread n' butter.

True story. Hmmm hard to measure those backyards, but I'll say that full power would be about 60-70 yds., and a narrowly escaped broken window. LOL

LMAO.. look at you two whiners.. all butt hurt.

I suppose leather helmets weren't changed for modern helmets in the interest of player safety then?

In most forums you argue with the owner/mod you get a vacation... This is a private forum, you have no "freedom of speech"... Andrew just happens to run a pretty lax place here... it is HIS forum after all.. not yours

Let's look at it factually...

Do either of you own teams, are you decision makers?... NO.. so all you got is whining..

Do either of you own this forum? Make the rules?.... NO... so all you got is whining..

whine away.....

In just a few words: fuck you faggot.

No one's "butt hurt" (are you over the age of 18? if so, wow) but you. Try debating something on the merits instead of retiring to the old "Well you don't do activity X, so you can't debate it!" card.

I have no problem changing the pads/helmet to make it safer to play this BRUTAL GAME. Ya start changing the way it's played by getting rid of an integral part of it...you're pissing fans off. LIKE ME.

Now...on your "you don't own a team" bullshit...REALLY?? Answer me one thing...would football be around without FANS?? Oh look...nothing to own now. So shut the fuck up with that.

If I were a Packers fan...I'd tell you to fuck off because I'm in line TO own part of the team.

So far I've only seen you bitch about it... no public outcry... no protests... no petitions... yada yada...

The owners are doing what they have to do.. and if the players win the their lawsuit... you'd better get your double absorbent tissue out..

If you believe that the share of the team they "own" will give them any say in what the team owners decide.. you're DELUSIONAL

I'd rather listen to second by second, minute by minute, or hell.. hour by hour of S2M's bitching and moaning about the ref's than to witness this slucero character act like he has a big black dildo shoved up his asshole in every reply. Jesus Christ dude. Total NFL boner killer here. I know, I know. It's Andrew's forum and we aren't allowed to do certain things or have an opinion on certain things because God knows what so I'll politely ask the creator and God of melodicrock.com.

Yes, indeed my man! And I'll be in the house! My brother (T-Time) is a HUGE Dallas Cowboys fan and has season tickets. He's taking me down this season, with VIP pass's on pre-game warmups and everything. We are just waiting for the release of the schedule tonight to get together and start booking flights. So yes, I'm on my way to Texas (I can't say "I'm" because there is no visual proof on these forums that I am indeed a human. These are just words popping up on a computer screen so who knows if I'm alien, human or just fonts.)

   Nice!!!
I'm gonna try to get to this one (party pass or something) depending on when it is. I would like to get to the Cowboys/Ravens game...but I doubt I can swing Baltimore this year. But the MAIN game I want to get to is Cowboys/Iggles.

Nothing like division rivalry matchups dude. I've been to PLENTY of Steelers/Ravens games (including the divisional comeback in '10 and the AFC Title game in '08) and it's an ABSOLUTE RIOT. I hope you land the Iggles game. That'll be a good one.

Here's something funny...I went to 2 games at Texas Stadium, both landmark days (Emmitt Smith's All time leading rushing game, and Last game at Texas Stadium), and we lost 'em both. 0-2 there. Cowboys stadium I FINALLY got there last year, another landmark day (Ring Of Honor), and we won. So...that just tells me I have to be at ALL home games now.
Oh..my first game was in '85...Cowboys/Oilers, and we won that too :)

Cool, dude. I've seen Hines Ward break almost all Steelers records/last home game and Bettis's last home game in 2005 as well. I'm a fuckin goon and keep track of my record when I attend Steelers games too, haha. I'm 28-9 overall when attending. The last loss I saw in the crowd was in 2007, Wild Card game against the Jags at home. Nothing better than being there. My first game was 1996, Three Rivers Stadium. Steelers VS Steve Young & Jerry Rice's 49'ers. We got our ass kicked. I was only 7 years old, but cheered and screamed my ass off until 0:00. Good stuff, haha.

One hell of a record. I feel pathetic because of the fact that I've got a 2-2 record, and those 4 games were a LOT of years apart.

If you end up going to the Dallas/Steelers game, maybe we can exchange numbers or something and have a beer or 10 before the game, haha. We'll keep posted throughout the season. 8)

Per Gerry Dulac: Steelers @ Broncos, Week 1 Sunday Night opener. Called this as soon as we lost to Denver and when I saw the Broncos were one of our teams on our schedule in 2012. HOLY SHIT pay-back is a bitch. HERE WE GO!!!!!

Jesus Christ dude. Total NFL boner killer here. I know, I know. It's Andrew's forum and we aren't allowed to do certain things or have an opinion on certain things because God knows what so I'll politely ask the creator and God of melodicrock.com.

Andrew, it's time for an ignore feature. If there already IS one. Please notify me. 8)

Titans have the Patriots in their first game to start off the regular season. Then after that Chargers,Lions,Steelers all in the first few weeks of the season, wow.

Would not doubt seeing the Titans in an early hole with that brutal early schedule.
