And Tommy did bounce back with the amazing 7DZ...and, even though bluegrass isn't my cup o' Joe, The Great Divide is really good, too.

Don't forget about ambition. Killer album. Agree about tgd though at first I had to take a
step back and really let it sink in. I just couldn't believe it was the same guy that wrote

Yes, but don't forget Tommy's first musical influences were gospel, bluegrass, and country. I think writing BCM and bluegrass--and well--just shows how very versatile he is.
