Bobby version of Lion (from Isolation demo)

This is before the band kicked him out. Really doesn't sound all that much different from Fergie.

My thoughts exactly. At first I wasn't even sure if it really was Bobby singing. Also I never had much love for "Lion", but this version, for some strange reason, I actually like.

Too bad the quality is this poor. The "bobbykimball.com" voice is also quite annoying :P

Cool nostalgia though I hate that "Bobbykimbell.com voice-over".

Oh yeah, tell me about it man. I swear when I listen to Isolation I can hear Kimball on the backing vocals for "Carmen".

I think they kept a few of Kimball's backings on the album

Very cool. Hope there's more, even with the crappy quality, I'd love to hear anything like this from that era.

I wonder if "Isolation" or "Endless" had been a first single with a known lead singer, if the album would've done better in IV's wake. I always figured they picked "Stranger In Town" as the single just because of vocal familiarity.

If 'Endless' had been the first single and been given the push SIT had it would have been a smash...I will believe that to my dying day! The single choices sunk that album so badly it was criminal...
